Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur – The Pink City

Stay: Four-star hotel (e.g., Lemon Tree Premier or similar).

On arrival at Jaipur airport/railway station, your private air-conditioned sedan car will take you to your hotel. Check-in and relax.

In the evening, visit the stunning Amber Fort Sound and Light Show and explore the bustling bazaars of Jaipur.

Enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant (on your own) before retiring to your hotel.

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing

Stay: Four-star hotel in Jaipur.

After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Jaipur. Visit the iconic Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar.

Afternoon: Explore the vibrant markets for traditional crafts and souvenirs.

Evening at leisure or enjoy a cultural performance.

Day 3: Jaipur to Jodhpur (330 km/6 hours)

Stay: Four-star hotel in Jodhpur (e.g., Radisson Jodhpur or similar).

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, the Blue City, in your private sedan.

Check into your hotel and relax.

In the evening, visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum and enjoy panoramic views of the city from Mehrangarh Fort.

Day 4: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer (290 km/5 hours)

 

Stay: Luxury tent in Jaisalmer Desert (e.g., The Serai or similar).

After breakfast, proceed to Jaisalmer, the Golden City. En route, admire the vast Thar Desert landscape.

Check into your luxury tent accommodation for a royal desert experience.

Enjoy a cultural evening with Rajasthani music, folk dance, and dinner under the stars.

Day 5: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

Stay: Luxury tent in Jaisalmer Desert.

After breakfast, explore Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, and the bustling lanes of the old city.

In the afternoon, visit the iconic Sam Sand Dunes for a camel safari and sunset view.

Return to your luxury tent for dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 6: Jaisalmer to Pushkar (430 km/7 hours)

Stay: Four-star hotel in Pushkar (e.g., Pushkar Resorts or similar).

After breakfast, drive to Pushkar, a tranquil town known for its sacred lake and temples.

Visit the Brahma Temple, stroll around Pushkar Lake, and enjoy the serene ambiance.

Day 7: Pushkar to Jaipur (150 km/3 hours)

After breakfast, drive back to Jaipur in your private sedan. Depending on your departure time, you can visit local markets for last-minute shopping.

Drop-off at Jaipur airport/railway station.

  •  Check in time 1 pm /check out time 10 am (early check in at and late check out subject to availability )
  •  Air Fare / Train fare
  •  Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), and porterage.
  •  Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  •  Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  •  Boat ride ,VIP darshan etc. not a part of inclusions
  •  Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
  •  Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  •  Room Heater Charges
  •  Insurance.
  •  Anything which is not included in the inclusion
  •  In hilly areas, the ac will not work.
  •  During sightseeing, the vehicle will go up to a permissible point only
  •  Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. 
  • Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances
      • 30 days or more before the travel date: 90% refund

      • 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund

      • 7-14 days before the travel date: 25% refund

      • Less than 7 days before the travel date: No refund

      • No refund on long weekends, festive dates, and long weekends

    1. No-Show Policy: No refunds shall be given for no-shows or unused services.

    2. Cancellation by Rajasthan Xpert: In rare cases of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.

    3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be entertained based on availability, with applicable rescheduling charges.

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing fees (if any) will be deducted before issuing the refund.

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as per the specified terms.

  2. Pricing & Payment: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made before the commencement of services.

  3. Itinerary Changes: Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government regulations.

  4. Liability: Rajasthan Xpert is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.

  5. Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.

  6. Behavior & Conduct: Customers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to cancel services for misconduct without any refund.

  7. Force Majeure: Rajasthan Xpert shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

  8. Complaints & Disputes: Any complaints should be reported immediately. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
