Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Your journey begins in the capital city, Delhi. After arrival, check into your hotel and rest. Depending on your arrival time, you can visit India Gate or take a walk in Connaught Place. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Neemrana (122 km / approx. 3 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Neemrana, a historic town known for the grand Neemrana Fort Palace. Check in to the heritage hotel and spend your day exploring the fort, enjoying panoramic views, and soaking in the regal ambience. The Neemrana Fort is one of the oldest heritage resorts in India. Enjoy a cultural evening and dinner. Overnight in Neemrana.

Day 3: Neemrana to Samode (140 km / approx. 3.5 hrs)

Post breakfast, head towards Samode, a small town famous for its beautifully preserved haveli and palace. Upon arrival, check into a heritage property and enjoy the serene village surroundings. Visit the stunning Samode Palace, which showcases a mix of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Explore the vibrant local village. Overnight in Samode.

Day 4: Samode to Jaipur (42 km / approx. 1.5 hrs)

After a relaxed breakfast, drive to Jaipur, the Pink City. Check into your hotel and head out to explore the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal. Enjoy shopping at local bazaars famous for handicrafts, jewellery, and textiles. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing

Spend the day visiting the magnificent Amber Fort, where you can enjoy an elephant ride up the ramparts. Later, explore Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort for panoramic views of the city. The vibrant culture and royal charm make Jaipur a highlight of the Heritage Trail Rajasthan.

Day 6: Jaipur to Delhi (280 km / approx. 5 hrs)

After breakfast, begin your drive back to Delhi. Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure or indulge in a food walk in Old Delhi. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 7: Departure from Delhi

After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, concluding your unforgettable experience of the Heritage Trail Rajasthan.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

During sightseeing, the vehicle will go up to a permissible point only

Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances

Cancellation Charges:

1. - 30 days or more before the travel date: 90% refund
  - 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund
  - 7-14 days before the travel date: 25% refund
  - Less than 7 days before the travel date: No refund
  - No refund on long weekends, festive dates, and long weekends
2. No-Show Policy: No refunds shall be given for no-shows or unused services.
3. Cancellation by Rajasthan Xpert: In rare cases of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be entertained based on availability, with applicable rescheduling charges.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing fees (if any) will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as per the specified terms.
Pricing & Payment: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made before the commencement of services.
Itinerary Changes: Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government regulations.
Liability: Rajasthan Xpert is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.
Behavior & Conduct: Customers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to cancel services for misconduct without any refund.
Force Majeure: Rajasthan Xpert shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
Complaints & Disputes: Any complaints should be reported immediately. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
