Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Your journey begins in Delhi, the capital city of India. Our representative will welcome you at the airport/railway station and transfer you to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or take a short walk at Connaught Place. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin your city tour with visits to Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, and a drive past the Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Cancellation Charges:

1. - 30 days or more before the travel date: 90% refund
  - 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund
  - 7-14 days before the travel date: 25% refund
  - Less than 7 days before the travel date: No refund
  - No refund on long weekends, festive dates, and long weekends
2. No-Show Policy: No refunds shall be given for no-shows or unused services.
3. Cancellation by Rajasthan Xpert: In rare cases of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be entertained based on availability, with applicable rescheduling charges.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing fees (if any) will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Liability: Rajasthan Xpert is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.
Behavior & Conduct: Customers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to cancel services for misconduct without any refund.
Force Majeure: Rajasthan Xpert shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
Complaints & Disputes: Any complaints should be reported immediately. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
