Refund Policy – Rajasthan Xpert

At Rajasthan Xpert, we’re committed to helping you explore Rajasthan without worry. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness.

  • 1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your trip, the refund policy is as follows:

  • 30 days or more before travel date: 70% refund of the total booking amount

  • 15–29 days before travel date: 40% refund

  • 7–14 days before travel date: 20% refund

  • Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund

✅ Instead of canceling, we strongly suggest amending your booking dates.
We allow rescheduling at no extra cost (subject to availability), ensuring your travel dreams are simply delayed, not canceled.

2. No Refund on Festive Dates & Long Weekends

Please note that no refunds will be provided for bookings scheduled during:

  • Long weekends

  • Festive periods, including:

    • New Year

    • Christmas

    • Diwali

    • Holi

    • Independence Day, Republic Day, Eid, and similar holidays

These peak dates are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Rajasthan Xpert

In rare cases where we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, operational issues), you will receive:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost

4. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are non-refundable, such as:

  • Monument or event entry tickets

  • Third-party activities

  • Customized packages

  • Bookings made within 48 hours of travel

  • No-shows

5. Refund Processing Time

 

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
