Day 1: Delhi to Agra – Exploring the Mughal Marvels

Early Morning: Delhi to Agra (3-4 hours)

  • Start your 2 days Agra tour journey from Delhi via the Yamuna Expressway (fastest route).
  • Preferably leave around 6:00 AM to reach Agra by 9:30 AM and make the most of your day.

Stop 1: The Majestic Taj Mahal (9:30 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Begin your Agra adventure with India’s crown jewel, the Taj Mahal.
  • Best time to visit: Morning hours to avoid crowds and capture stunning sunrise views.
  • Important Tip: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.

Lunch Break (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)

  • Savor Mughlai cuisine at a top-rated restaurant like Pinch of Spice, Peshawri, or Esphahan at the Oberoi Amarvilas.

Stop 2: Agra Fort (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

  • Explore this UNESCO-listed red sandstone fort, which once served as the royal residence of the Mughals.

Stop 2: Fatehpur Sikri (11:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

  •  Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  •  Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  •  Boat ride ,VIP darshan etc. not a part of inclusions
  •  Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
  •  Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  •  Room Heater Charges

  •  In hilly areas, the ac will not work.
  •  During sightseeing, the vehicle will go up to a permissible point only
  •  Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. 
  • Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances
      • 30 days or more before the travel date: 90% refund

      • 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund

      • 7-14 days before the travel date: 25% refund

      • Less than 7 days before the travel date: No refund

      • No refund on long weekends, festive dates, and long weekends

    1. No-Show Policy: No refunds shall be given for no-shows or unused services.

    2. Cancellation by Rajasthan Xpert: In rare cases of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.

    3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be entertained based on availability, with applicable rescheduling charges.

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing fees (if any) will be deducted before issuing the refund.

  2. Pricing & Payment: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made before the commencement of services.

  3. Itinerary Changes: Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government regulations.

  4. Liability: Rajasthan Xpert is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.

  5. Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.

  6. Behavior & Conduct: Customers must adhere to local laws and regulations. Rajasthan Xpert reserves the right to cancel services for misconduct without any refund.

  7. Force Majeure: Rajasthan Xpert shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

  8. Complaints & Disputes: Any complaints should be reported immediately. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
